Immigration Reform:  The Hispanic League supports immigration reform, including reducing the bureaucratic and economic barriers to legalization, providing a consistent and attainable path for immigrants to earn citizenship; reducing the economic incentives for illegal immigration; enforcing of existing laws regarding residency requirements for legal employment, and effective and humane control of our borders.
